is there a shortage or something? because what do you mean i booked one at 08:09 and nearly 20 minutes later i STILL don't have one. this has got to be a joke come on

Used over 20 times, every time has been perfect - let’s you awe exactly where they are, accurate wait times, estimated prices are spot on.
Consistently late
Used to be good. Consistently late, more expensive and less reliable than ever.

Tried a dozen times to enter this app. Password resets are not working and if you try and reset by logging in with your mobile number it freezes completely

App Unfit for Purpose
This app is unable to correctly price journeys or take pre-payment. The company appears to believe this makes it acceptable for their cabs to either turn up late or not turn up at all. If they do turn up they’ll charge you double the price quoted on the app. I suspect they only actually assign a cab once you call the automated line to check why your car hasn’t turned up.
I suggest avoiding Star Cars until they build an app that allows a customer to agree a price, reserve a taxi in advance of their journey and pay for it on the app.

They will give you one price and once you book they will ring you and double the price.

Poor Service
I have been a regular customer of this service for quite a while, generally not a bad service.
As of tonight’s lack of service (19/10/22) I will not be using star cars again.
I have never rated any of your drivers less than 5 stars but only because i am polite, trust me , not all of them deserved that rating.

I just used the app for the first time to pre book a cab. Very easy and logical to use. I look forward to using the service.

I used the app today it’s absolutely brilliant ! and so safe as it tracks were you are on the app as your traveling,
The car came within minutes the driver I had was called stefan kangara he was so pleasant he helped with the doors and the shopping into the car and out :) what I find very rare these days , super impressed with my experience with the star car app cost and most importantly the service 👍👍
