App failed - it gave the wrong default address at the correct property - I changed it manually but the system didn’t update. Called the operator who said they would ask the driver to call me - he was only 100m down the road BUT didn’t. I missed a really important meeting. And they wonder why Uber is winning!

Late, very late, avoid
Useless, I’ve used this taxi service a few times before . Always on time , no issues.
The last few weeks have been awful , I book a taxi for 8.15am , it arrives at 9am, same the next day .
I used the service again today to try them again , booked taxi for 8.20am, it arrived at 9.11am
Just pathetic , I’ll be using a different service from now on , not even a refund offered.
