App failed - it gave the wrong default address at the correct property - I changed it manually but the system didn’t update. Called the operator who said they would ask the driver to call me - he was only 100m down the road BUT didn’t. I missed a really important meeting. And they wonder why Uber is winning!

Late, very late, avoid
Useless, I’ve used this taxi service a few times before . Always on time , no issues.
The last few weeks have been awful , I book a taxi for 8.15am , it arrives at 9am, same the next day .
I used the service again today to try them again , booked taxi for 8.20am, it arrived at 9.11am
Just pathetic , I’ll be using a different service from now on , not even a refund offered.

Booked a taxi using the app from Greasby to Lime Street Station, Liverpool . Fare came up to be around £25 on the app was used a save25 promo code for a 25 percent discount. Fare came down to around £19. Booked and paid using Apple Pay. Receipt received told me the charge was £22.15. Called the company and was told the fare before discount was about £29, so i was charged correctly! The fare of £29 and the charge of£ 22.15 never appeared on the app when fare was quoted and booking was made! Beware! What a scam and an dishonest company!

Awful compared to uber
Unfortunately argyle aren't even interested in attempting to compete with uber , drivers cancelling journeys, half assed drivers, Stinky cars. Uber clear and it's not even close

Didn’t even wait for me.
As I got to Hamilton square he was letting someone else into the taxi and drove past me. He can say what he wants because he didnt wait long.

We were collected but it was disconcerting to see our booking (which was made 8 hours in advance) being being confirmed then declined twice
