The Core Theory Fitness app gives you one place to access your personalized training program, track your progress, complete check-ins, monitor habits, and communicate directly with your coach. Your program is designed around your goals, assessment results, training experience, available equipment, and current health needs. Inside the app, you can view each workout, follow exercise demonstrations, record your weights and repetitions, and see how your strength progresses over time. Depending on your coaching program, the app may also include nutrition guidance, habit tracking, educational resources, progress photos, body measurements, scheduled appointments, and regular health and performance check-ins. Core Theory Fitness specializes in strength-focused coaching for women, with particular expertise in perimenopause, metabolic health, GLP-1 support, lean-mass preservation, recovery, and sustainable behavior change. This is not a generic workout library. Your program is individualized, reviewed, and adjusted based on your progress, feedback, symptoms, recovery, schedule, and goals.
