This is a very awkward app. It’s a pain to use and a waste of time of money

I downloaded the App, tried to create an account but all it offered me was to SIGN IN. So I tried that and got a note saying ID and Password not recognized.
How can I create an account?

Doesn't work
This app DOES NOT WORK. I have a login and can log in on the website, but I can't log in to the app. Either the app doesn't work or the membership info is too confusing. Fix the app or remove it. Total waste of time.

I only got this app because I had to buy it to keep my gym membership. It’s pretty clunky.

How am I supposed to use this application if I can’t even get I ? There seems to be NO tech support available for the clinic staff or the patients. What a waste of money.
