Awful UI
User interface needs an update. How can a app this bad become a provider for professional health scales! Will this ever be updated? If so, when?
Temperamental at best
The app is displaying an error “cannot contact Corevue”. I paid to do a body composition scan and it gave me a QR code to upload to the app. When I try to import results it asks for a code and a key which the machine didn’t give me.
The old machines that printed off receipts were so much more reliable.

App is awful!
The app visuals are clunky and do not fit on the screen.
Profile details are reset to blank every time you log in & then you can’t update the date of birth so will not show a metabolic age for me as it thinks I was born in 2010.

Unable to sign in or reset password
App was simple enough when working, however it’s stopped working, unable to sign in and unable to reset password or even create new account…. All previous data lost… USELESS

The app very rarely works. I have given up. It is so frustrating as they got rid of the old machines so now I can’t keep track of my stats. Utterly useless and rip off app.

I used this at my gym, it took more money as the first time it accepted my bank card but didn’t work (only found out after that it took £1 from bank) so tried again for £3, the machine worked but when it came to scanning to upload results it didn’t work.
The app and website have no link to contact anyone for any problems or to complain to, the gym doesn’t care if you’ve been charged more and you don’t get what you paid for. If it’s going to charge £1 for normal reading and £3 for full body scan at least have an app that works properly and some contact information.

Some bizarre readings which question the accuracy of the results.
I have used the machine 4 times and as a broad indicator of changes in my body composition it seems useful. Some of the information is however wrong. My metabolic and actual age results seem to get mixed up and my metabolic age is either my actual age or 0! Other readings are also somewhat confusing.

Still doesn't allow you to register
I saw a review from a year ago which complained about not being able to register. It's still the same situation in November 2022. Someone needs to upgrade the app

I try to register by filling in my email and password (and confirmation of these) and after pressing register nothing happens. I have tried signing in with the hope the system managed to register me, and I am still unable to enter the app.

App wouldn’t take my results from the QR code or when manually entered from the code and key saying ‘results not found’. Now it won’t let me log in using the details I’ve registered with!
Lots of potential
App has been linking properly to the results printed off the machine. However, the progress tracking is awful. The graphs display the results backwards with the earliest date at the axis rather than at the opposite end. All results are shown in one chart and you have no idea what they are just by glancing at the graph, you have to click on each line. There is no % change displayed from previous results. Overall there is lots of room for improvement.

So far so good
Only used the app and the Corevue machine in the gym once so far and both seem to have linked up together, with the results on my iPhone/iPad matching that of the machine.
For a higher rating, I’d love to see all of this data (or as much as possible) linked to my Apple Health app, having it all centralised in one place.

Always invalid results!
The hardware seems really good, when the software works it does give accurate results. However! It never does! I can’t scan the QR code at the gym, have to print off then scan it via my phone and still that doesn’t work, input the codes manually and still says invalid results! Need to sort out the software issues, it’s such a shame!

Appears I have the same issue as the previous reviewer.
I have the print out from the machine but when I try and import the results it says it ‘Cannot Find Record’. I have tried on both the website and the app.
I will send the necessary information to the email address you have given the other reviewer. Hopefully this is just a minor hitch because would love to use this app to track and the results on the machine are so informative.

No Data
Paid to have the full analysis in my local gym. I printed off the results and tried to log my results in the app and on the website, both of which are saying the results cannot be found even though it’s using the password and code on the bottom of the print off!
Like the idea but unfortunate I cannot keep a digital copy of my records.
