Completely Wrong Item
I placed a mobile order through the app thinking it would be more convenient. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese panini with green onions and chicken sausage as an addition. I didn’t realize until I had left with the order, what I was given was completely wrong. I was given the chicken pomodori panini sandwich. I do not understand how that was mixed up one is a breakfast sandwich the other is a lunch sandwich. The location wasn’t that busy so something like that should not have happened. Restraining is definitely needed at the Buckhead location in Atlanta.

App Functionality
I don’t think there’s any place for Apple Pay. I wonder why not? It would also be nice to be able to take advantage of their senior discounts of the 10% they’ve been offering. I guess NOT unless you pay in person. Being able to earn and use rewards isn’t so transparent either.

Terrible app always issues
I always get an invalid Authentication notice when trying to place the order. Never fails. I’ve removed uninstalled the app and reinstalled and same issue.
Get it together… sometimes when I’m in a time crunch, I just want to order ahead to pick up and go and instead I end up picking up from elsewhere from another app that actually works.
