Terrible app always issues
I always get an invalid Authentication notice when trying to place the order. Never fails. I’ve removed uninstalled the app and reinstalled and same issue.
Get it together… sometimes when I’m in a time crunch, I just want to order ahead to pick up and go and instead I end up picking up from elsewhere from another app that actually works.

Pickup That Doesn’t Pick Up the Pace
Placed an order on the app for pickup and 25 minutes later it still wasn’t even in their system. Not delayed… just nonexistent.
If pickup doesn’t actually send the order through, then what’s the point? Total waste of time.

no benefits, no rewards
I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this app ordering Corner Bakery and you get almost no rewards. Except a drink for $.99 it’s ridiculous. This is not how you reward loyal customers. I am overpaying for a sandwich as it is.
Best Bakery around
I really enjoy the menu here. Fresh ingredients and always consistent with quality.
No pictures
The new version of the app does not have pictures of the food and no description of what is included in the sandwich or item. Terrible update.Had to go to DoorDash to see pictures and descriptions.
No rewards and they forget items
I have been ordering from the app to the Atlanta Location at the southern building. They keep on giving incomplete orders. Last time I got the choose two deal and they only gave me the soup and a piece of bread.

No Actual Rewards
The whole point of getting the app is to collect rewards points, but, surprise!: you can’t actually use any accrued rewards points! There is no option to use them for payment, and none of the “rewards” (like “half off one item”) ever work. So it’s just basically a scam if you’re getting the app for the rewards. It’s basically only useful for ordering ahead (and paying full freight).

food is good when it's NOT MESSED UP
i love the food at corner bakery, but i swear the second i reached platinum tier in the app (spent $400), the service has just gone completely downhill. they have consistently forgotten items in my orders, and today was the LAST STRAW. i ordered a grilled cheese with NO yellow cheddar, and ADDED MOZZARELLA (which adds to the cost, by the way). there is NO mozzarella to be seen, and yellow cheddar everywhere. how does this even happen??? i'm severely disappointed, and you'd think they'd try to not mess up an order from a REGULAR that orders LITERALLY THE SAME EXACT THING EVERY WEEK. i have given SO many chances. for context, i usually order delivery so i am unable to see the food before it leaves the building.

Not having the quick Apple Pay option to pay is annoying. Get with the times.
This food is TERRIBLE
I used to love corner bakery. I saw they reopened a new location at the Irvine Market Place and was super excited. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwhich (which used to be amazing, this bread is dry, unflavorful), there were no chips included with my order, and my cinnamon roll is as hard as rock. Do yourself a favor and never NEVER EVER order food from this place.

The Galleria mall employees are some of the nicest salt on earth people you will ever meet. They go out of their way to make sure that you are fully fully satisfied. For great tasting food and great service go visit him in the mall and you can’t beat that view of the ice rink.
Barebones functionality
This app may be ok 6 years ago but it really lack a lot of the modern functionalities. Interface look outdated. Need to go through multiple layers to place an order. Potbelly, Panera Bread, Chipotle apps are the gold standard of modern fast casual dining apps.
New chopped chicken is spoiled (discolored and tastes bad!)
New vendor who is providing the chopped chicken is giving Corner Bakery spoiled product. The chicken consistency indicates it is old. The color is discolored as if old chicken was treated to be colored lighter. The chicken is salmonella-waiting-to-happen! Don’t order anything with chicken!!!
Good food with spotty service
We like many of the dishes at corner bakery but we often have issues with wrong orders or it being prepared very slow.
