No success after course compilation
On multiple times I have completed a course and the program has not recorded it as successful. Incredibly frustrating.
iPhone capabilities
Doesn’t always work properly with iPhone. When zooming in then trying to zoom out, function is unavailable and must exit to reload.

The training is easy enough, videos are thorough. Just wondering why I complete a module and then it uncompleted itself and I have to do the whole module over again.

I sure hope CVS considers another company/software in the future so that employees can have a user friendly experience w/ app… spent 2 hours getting access just to not be able to to utilize our LearnHub… tech rep of NO assistance…

Navigating the interface is confusing
Hard to find items. Completed items marked as incomplete, necessitating emails to show the modules as completed or have to retake them very time-consuming.
Change colours?
Why change colours of the app icon! Stupid.

I was curious about the one star reviews then realised when I read them that they were all complaining either about content or settings controlled by their organisations’s administrators.
The app is great, no glitches, no issues, and more intuitive than the web interface.
