Too many restrictions
I can’t do anything in this app! I used to be able to update credit card info, can’t do that anymore. Not thrilled with anything on this new app!
No support for their website. The only support you get is for your hotel stay, not for the site
February 21st I found an email that someone actually booked 4 rooms for 2 nights on my account. I didnt get an email back in November when they booked it but I got an email 2 days before the reservation was about to happen. I quickly cancelled it. The only support number to call is for the hotel. There is no support for if you have an issue with Corpay lodging app or website. Good luck getting any help on that end. I hope they do a two factor system so your phone gets a text anytime someone tries to login. This app is not secure! Just beware and use at your own risk

New CEO is trashing service
Lost out on 7 nights worth of points, stays, and Diamond bennies at Hilton Garden Inns because they now book your rooms thru Priceline. Corp profits over customes baby! Good job! If your company will reimburse you avoid this company, just use your own card and submit expense report to your employer.

Does not work!
If I could give it zero stars I would. Every time I try to login it just closes. Haven’t been able to login yet!! I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times still the same thing. The corporate lodging app was much better. Either bring that back or fix this one. This one SUCKS!!

The app does not work on older iPhone models. It needs a lot of work. The original CLC app worked flawlessly.

Difficult and Vanilla
The app is difficult to use. It also doesn’t let or give you a way to enter in your Hotel membership ID so you can earn points. It makes for a bothersome desk interaction every time you check in. They should look at other hotel apps for inspiration. Very Generic.

It does not give you reward points when it says it does,
Glitchy
When I click on certain hotels, it shuts the app down and I have to start over. Also, I’m not able to use my rewards for a lot of of the hotels.

Definitely not as good as the old CLC app.
New app is nice
The new CLC App is a great update very convenient and definitely five stars! My only concern is with some hotels that claim to have parking for tractor trailers, refrigerator trucks, etc., but in reality the lots aren’t large enough or are difficult to exit. It would be helpful if the app provided clearer verification or flagged these locations more accurately. For now, I recommend drivers check the lot layout and entrance size before booking. Overall though, the app itself is excellent!
