Appalling App and Service

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and travel with your service several times each week. Unfortunately, the app has been non-functional for several months now, and the lack of meaningful support or communication has been incredibly disappointing. This ongoing issue, combined with the apparent absence of accountability or leadership, reflects poorly on the company and its commitment to its customers. I hate to say it but Uber or Combined Taxis are more reliable than this company.
