This app has great capabilities but because FMs and Techs have a different version neither can see what the other one can see and so information is lost, assets are not correct or have missing info and techs have to wait for WO to be put in. Just not efficient or effective
Worst product ever used
Always has errors, talk to support all the time and everytime it’s the same answer. “Restart your phone, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, we will look into this”. Nothing ever changes or is done properly. They were paid to come out and assess everything and got everything wrong. Put up QR codes that they mislabeled on their own products. They are now asking us to redo their screwup. This company has no clue what they are doing! Stay away!

Log in problems
I always get logged out and it says password incorrect then I reset my password to what my Corrigo password on my computer is set to and working and says can’t use existing password. Spend more time trying to get the app to get it to work then I can do my job
Notification sounds
Since Corrigo no longer supports email-to-text, a setting to adjust the notification alert sound within the app is necessary. A single alert (ding) is insufficient, particularly during early mornings and late nights. Additionally, a feature that allows viewing all work orders assigned to a specific group would be great. While this functionality is available on the desktop version, I have been unable to find a similar option within the mobile app.

Super easy
Super easy to use - everything in one place. Takes a bit of training but it’s about 1000x better than most I have used
Need real improvements
Very slow and glitching on mobile devices. Need to introduce offline services with automatic upload when connecting to a network. Waste of time…
Room for improvement
One of the easiest things to implement would be to make a work order after scanning an asset tag. Saves you from having to fill in the info and guess what department it might be in.
I’ve used worse apps and I’ve used better work order apps. They need to work out the bugs in the system first.

Bad check in & error
Sometimes it works and sometimes I get this:

Also getting this error: latitude is a required field
I have to use WiFi at this location as the 5g is very weak.
But I’m at the same location, the only difference is our wireless internet was updated.
Is there a fix?

Overwhelming
This app is overwhelming and not user friendly. TELS is easier to use and more info on it but not overwhelming
So tedious. A massive burden
Corrigo is the reason I will be leaving my job this summer, and if any other jobs out there make me use this, I will leave them too. We have a man with autism working here, and he’s a great help. But, when they gave him Corrigo, I watched him absolutely break down in performance. He just can’t pick this up and its affecting him. So I type in his numbers for him half the time. But I shouldn’t have to. We should just be able to punch in and out. This is just so difficult, even to the rest of us who understand it. Down with Corrigo, I say

Third-party keyboards no longer work within the app
This app updated three days ago and now third-party keyboards no longer work within the app. Now users are forced to use the stone age level stock iPhone keyboard. Ridiculous.

Big improvement
This is a nice improvement from the old one. New interface that I can personalize and so can my techs. I like the dashboard that mirrors my desktop view.
Fantastic App!
The new app is a huge step forward for Corrigo. It looks better, works better, and makes it so the data syncs easily across the desktop program and the app. Great mobile tool to add to my Corrigo account.
Slow & no dark mode!
I use this app on a daily basis and it is slow while getting your location when closing jobs and that makes every job that much longer, time wasted is time not spent working.
Secondly It seriously needs dark mode, all other apps have a dark mode or they follow suite with your mobile settings.

I can do everything with this app! I can handle work orders, take pictures, voice memos, get physical sign offs, perform punch lists and more that I don’t have time to list.
