I’m answering every video call and it’s not connecting. I don’t know why they purposely trying to make it hard for us to talk with our loved ones. This app is so pitiful and customer service email representatives don’t care either

Just like anything that has to do with dealing with Inmates you don’t matter & you don’t get proper service & don’t even think your going to get any type of technical support or customer service

i hate inmates have to use this service now. it never lets you connect when they call. always throws an error message. emailed them, after they responded asking for a screenshot, they never responded after that.
Horrible video app
This app is stealing our love ones money. The video doesn’t work on our love one’s side. Our love ones have to basically stand on their head to try to get a picture.
A prison dorms and cells are dim by design so the light requirements on this app needs to be lower to detect inmates faces better.
