Imprivata Cortext for iOS 5.0.9 makes the app more reliable and fixes several issues. • Improved performance when launching and loading the inbox • Prevents a possible crash while typing a message • Prevents duplicate conversations and “unaffiliated” users when sending cross-tenant messages from iPhone to Desktop clients • Improved performance when opening group chats with many messages • Improved performance deleting messages • “Sent” message counts are now accurately reported in the Cortext Reporting Portal.

Not working at all

Not sure if the app is still functioning. Can’t even login or log out. It just keep saying “connecting”

Deleted messages come back from the dead

I like to erase my messages and conversations after a few days. Every week or so, every message I've had since I first got the app (July 2024) will come back and freeze the app. I have to restart and manually erase thousands of messages. Then it'll run for a week and boom, every deleted message comes back. Unusable.

Need to be more user friendly

Overall OK. Potential is there.
Issues to be fixed:
1. Delay in connecting to the server.
Eg: when deleting a message it takes a while for the screen to reset after
Notification shows new message but inbox doesn’t

2. Ability to set away times on a schedule. This is A MUST HAVE feature.
