Faites attention - si vous prenez une période « test » via le site internet - l’abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement tous les mois. Je croyais que ce type d’attrape nigauds n’existait plus. Dommage car l’appli n’est pas mal.

Scam

I didn't even get a chance to try this app. I signed up for a seven day trial, but never activated the account or downloaded the app or anything and all of a sudden got charged $31. Immediately reached out to cancel and get my money back and the response was just a bot saying it was canceled, but I still had to pay for nothing I used.

poor system logistics

I tried to cancel my membership but apparently was not successful so was billed again. I chose to email and my subscription was finally closed but they refused to refund or give any compensation. Extremely poor customer service and below par problem solving. Will definitely not be recommending or pursuing any of the in-app plans. Was previously unsatisfied with the product as well; generic meal plans with no real structure and do not adhere to the filters you apply. Waste of time and money grabbing scammers.

Stop with all the upgrades

It took a good 10 minutes to get to the actual app with information due to all the “Upgrades” they want you to buy.

Wish I had seen the menu plans before I purchased

I found the plan not suited for me. I wish you could read a bit before you purchase. I will try it but I found there is not a way to cancel when my 3 months are up. I will change the review if anyone ever responds to my email.

66 and dropping LBS

10 days in and 5 lbs down. I am not hungry and I have plenty of crunchy foods to satisfy that desire.

I am still having an evening cocktail, but have dropped diet soda and fruit juice.

Plan to keep it up! Do it!

Handy app

Takes the stress away from planning, I’ve actually enjoyed the meals that have been selected and getting pretty good at cooking them!! Great app and hopefully I’m on the right track now.

A subscription con- beware

An app with minimal information and a few meal plans. When you sign up they offer you lots of other things to try out. Do not do this because each thing on offer comes with a much more expensive monthly subscription that you are unaware of signing up to. This can add up to £100 plus per month which they refuse to refund.

Beware Cancellation

There is no way to cancel your subscription in the app and there is no phone number to call. I emailed them trying to cancel and they still charged me AUD200 TWO DAYS LATER! This app is a total rip off!

Not good

The app tells me my
Bmi is under the normal bmi for my age so I wanna gain weight like the app is telling me. But when I try to put the weight I wanna achieve which is higher than my body weight it won’t let me.

Sleek and Inspiring

This app has a lot of good things going for it. The information about things that I can change to lose some weight is easy to find in small chunks, and the workout videos are at just the right level for me to be challenging yet doable. I really enjoyed the variety in the meal plans, and the visual recipes is a great touch. I’m looking forward to using this app more and seeing how my weight changes.

Instagram Ad was misleading. They will not Refund.

This app is a scam!

They say u have 14 days to ask for refund, but they won't give your money back… no matter what!

It has generic recipes for how many ever meals per day you selected.

Don't let the Instagram ads mislead you.
