Awful for rent
Paying rent is now full of huge convenience fees and unnecessary email confirmations. Thanks to this app, I now have to pay $50 extra just to pay rent. Would give this app 0 stars if I could.

The Cortland app is helpful and easy to use!
I’m able to do all things I need to do within the app in a matter of minutes. The app has a clean layout and is easy to navigate. I like how descriptive filling in a service request is. They have categories for every possible issue it appears. I had issues in the past signing in but I have not encountered those issues in a long time. Thank you to the team for fixing those and their work in updating the app.

Hasn’t worked once
Try to login via Face ID, throws an error. Sign in the old fashioned way, sends me to a blank white page and never updates. Completely broken and unusable.

We moved in September 1 and we have been treated with such grace and kindness from the front office we appreciate everything that you do for us I love the apartment and it's so nice and quiet here and we're so happy we found it thank you everyone
Terrible
This app is terrible. It only lets me log in to my previous apartment complex. When I try to reset my password, it says that it will send me a password. I NEVER received my password. The app does not give you an option to reset your credentials.
Useless is an understatement
This is without doubt the worst app I have on my phone. Remember how bad the user experience used to be back in 2010 for things like banking apps - this is like that x 10. It’s genuinely painful to navigate your way around it and it clearly hasn’t been updated in years.
