Worst app + bank ever
Worst bank + worst app ever. I have been trying to login since a year and all it gives me error to login! Also, if i try to visit the bank for the same query, they know nothing about it. Overall cosmos bank cute huge amount of money from the account without any intimation and anytime they feel like!

Poorest service from app as well as branch
App as well as website , both does not work on time. Branch does not know anything about the solution they always say write mail. Waiting for January to change the bank as my loan penalty comes to 1%. Zero rating for both bank branch and facility.

The cosmos bank app doesnāt have the feature of atm pin reset . Itās very annoying to use the atm to reset debit card pin.

App doesn't open
App doesn't open. Cosmos bank doesn't respond to emails. As a result, you need to physically go to the bank to transact. Very sorry state of affairs.
App Not Responding
The older cosmos bank application stopped working (IM Banking) so downloaded this application. The application opens on the home page and does not respond further. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling again, still not working. What am I supposed to do? Also internet banking website is not working on the mobile device. Have no option but to use laptop for the banking needs. Please please solve the matter as soon as possible as I need to use the application on a daily basis.
