I like the trade system but I wish we could communicate with other users in the app. I sent two objekts to the wrong person and I have no way of asking for it back, now what do I do?

There is literally zero way for me to find the Gravity section anymore after a recent update. Everything is difficult to navigate now and it’s easy to get confused. This is ridiculous.

24명 다 좋아서 심심할때마다 사진 모으는재미로 했습니다만 알림이 너무 과한거 아닙니까? 라이브때문에 알림 켜두기엔 쓸데없는 알림이 너무 와서 일상생활에 지장을 줄정도입니다 주변사람들이 무슨알림이 계속 오냐고 물어봐도 대답하시 어렵습니다 차라리 라이브 알림만 따로 만들어주던가 쓸데없는 알림좀 그만보냈르면 좋셌습니다 그리고 라이브화질 진짜 구립니다
Overall good app for fans
Overall nice app and functions well. Recent features like cosmo room and lives are my favourite. But sometimes can be slow to load or requires multiple logins.
Spin Feature Is Broken
Every time I try to use the Spin feature on the app I always get an error message, and it's been that way for a while.

I've spent almost $100 and I keep getting duplicates. How many do I need to buy to get the four I want? $1000? I would like a refund.

Needs More Options for Collectors
I'm new to idntt and really love the idea of collecting digital pcs/objekts, but I really wish there was an in app trading system. It would be so much easier and safer for fans.
I'd also like to see more premium, direct purchase options like specific unit objekts or special editions at a higher price like motion objekts. It's an easy way to let fans who don't wanna engage in gridding or who simply don't have the time to go through hundreds of posts on sns just to trade a single objekt still find a way to participate in collecting and get exactly what they want directly from the company.
And one last feature I wish the app had was the ability to manually organize your objekt library. The bookmark option is helpful but not enough. Overall, it's a nice app, but it can definitely be better and offer much more features and ways to collect.

Can’t Enter Birthday When Signing Up.
When I try to sign up, I enter my email, complete the verification, and check all the required boxes. However, when I get to the “When is your birthday?” section, the date input glitches. Every time I try to type my birthday, it automatically changes the numbers to 12, making it impossible to enter the correct date. Please fix this issue.
