Erased all my purchase history
I’ve had this app for years and it has always been glitchy. Most recently all of my current history from the past few years has disappeared, along with my current address. Now it will only show an address I haven’t been at in over 15years. I have tried on multiple occasions to have it deleted permanently and have new address saved for delivery to no avail. And it will not let me add an address. Calling customer service has not been helpful either.

Somebody make this app more efficient!
Been using this app for years and I find it very frustrating. It’s glitchy and it’s finicky with card payments. Get with the times and make it more efficient!
Slow App!!
The app is so slow that I never buy anything off of it nor do I go in person. I’ll just go somewhere else! Online shopping is supposed to be easy and not time consuming!
The worst app I have on my phone.
This is the worst app on my phone. Searching …awful, adding to bag….awful, check out …. You guessed it awful! Heaven forbid you try to edit your bag before checkout. This app needs some serious work . So glitchy and unprofessional. I may start going to Salon Centric for everything just to save myself the aggravation!

Order
You can order something then they just cancel it with no email etc! Plus why keep items that are not in stock in your sales? Waste of time.
Out of Stock Items
It is very frustrating to have a clearance section that shows out of stock items. There should be a way to filter them off or show them out of stock without having to click on them. It’s such a waste of time! I end up leaving the app because nothing is available.
False Advertising
2-hour delivery is never just 2 hours. I didn’t get my delivery until the NEXT DAY, which wasn’t helpful bc I needed it that day…which is why I did 2-hour delivery…
Poor App
The app is very inconsistent, where sometimes you can place an order with ease, and others it’ll deny your order whether it’s a 2 hour delivery, next day, or 2 day shipping. There’s been no fixes for this, and it tells you to contact customer support where they cannot offer a solution for your order not going through.

SO slow
This app is horrible. It constantly buffers and is ridiculously slow. You’re better off using the website.
Very glitchy
Unsure if there was some sort of update or what. I went to do a pickup order and it said there was a problem with my payment and to try something else but my bank said the payment went through. I waited about ten minutes to see if there was an order confirmation but it still showed items in my cart. I went into my account info to see if there was any info on the order. It only showed my previous orders but not today, and it had NONE of my other information. Even at the top it said “Hi,!” No name, email, phone number, address, nothing but I clearly was logged in because it shows my other orders. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but had the same issue. I called customer support about my issue and they recommended to use the website. Website had zero issues and will not download the app again.

Glitch
I recently have not been able to access the app. The home screen locks up on a page that states order smarter and there is no way to exit off the page. Tech support was zero help. Suggested that I just go to their website and ditch my phone app.
Not working at all
This app is not working at all for me and never has currently on an iPhone 16 Pro max. The main screen tells me to turn location services on when I go to location service services. The app is not listed. I have never been able to use this app.

Either the app won’t open or keeps changing my shipping information, deleting my phone number. The store has an address on file that has a non-existent city as the delivery address? What is going on with Cosmoprof as a whole?

Freezing up on my iPhone
App has been frozen for days now. Makes me so frustrated when trying to order or even just check a price!
App frozen for a couple months
Since updating a couple months ago, it is permanently frozen. Can’t get past opening page. I’ve tried everything. Would give zero stars if I could. Used to be about a 3.9 star app
Why is this app so glitchy
Everything on sale is out of stock then your can’t even check out online it is so frustrating, like you guys make enough money from us please put in the work with your software
Impossible To Use
I exclusively used this app to order. Since the update it is completely useless. Nothing works and I can’t get my order in. My local store never has anything in stock so I’m now on trouble.
