Too many steps
They make it so you can only use one discount, including points earned. And in order to “claim” your discount there are too many steps and places to find. You guys should take a look at other apps that are customer friendly. I like the food, but the points just aren’t worth the hassle

Really wish this app actually told you how long the wait would be for take out. Spent over an hour waiting for my food when the app told me 15 minutes

You must provide location data to scan rewards. There’s zero purpose for such invasive data requests. This brand has slowly been decaying, the food isn’t as good, the reward program is terrible now, and the excessive data requests and privacy policy are completely inexcusable.
Points
Tried to use my points for an entree. They deducted the points and still charged me for what I had ordered. Was not able to use the points, but still lost them. This is the second time I have not been able to use points but lost them anyway.
Where’s the beef??
Food quality is good but portion size has changed dramatically. They put hardly any meat on all of our plates. It reminded me of the of Wendy’s commercial “where the beef”.
