Broken
Constantly logs me out, fails to log me in, or just completely doesn’t work. Not sure how such a simple app performs this poorly.

Pos, buggy system
Even if this garbage was free I would not
It’s full of so many bugs (don’t even get me started on the desktop version) and ways to get locked out. Now I was forced to update and it asks for a mobile url that does not exist and gives no other sign on methods. Just freaking fantastic.
Forced to use SSO but not compatible
Recently switched to SSO for logging in, now the redirects and requires a managed browser so the app is useless now. New UI is also worse.
Rendered useless
After the most recent update the app just straight up doesn’t work anymore. I can try to log in again and again and it just freezes or encounters an error. Please correct this.
Garbage
It’s horrible and they get away with putting out an inferior product because they have a monopoly with government contractors
Login Broken
Login via SAML completely freezes and sits there indefinitely. What would I do if i didn’t have a computer and needed to enter my time?? what is going on

This app has never been good and every update fails to fix its issues.
Log ins are a nightmare and frequently fail on first attempt, or they fail to save data. The app is slower than dialup internet. Not user friendly.

I have a job to do, I shouldn’t have to waste my time with this inneficient and buggy app every morning.
Horrible
I would give it negative stars. It’s just horrible. It keeps asking for passwords changes pretty frequently then it won’t accept new password in app but will on a computer. Then it won’t work properly by not erasing lines or changing them or saving them. It looks horrible on your phone. It’s just bad. I wish the company I worked for would stop using it.

Horrible glitchy slow counterintuitive menus and laggy controls
The app has one of the worst counter intuitive menu controls that I’ve ever seen. An app that requires you to be trained to use it is awful. Often when you click a menu it does nothing but stall which makes it likely that you begin to spam click other things to see if the app is responding at all. Adding to favorites button never works on the mobile version. The view pane is horrible when transitioning to mobile and it’s often distorted on the pc view as well.

Annoying
I use this for work and my god is it frustrating to use. The occasional password change is fine but why can i not reset the password my self from the app or on the web service from my phone? Why is it always jumping through hoops to constantly change the password. It makes no sense what so ever. A manager resets it and it still says EXPIRED PASSWORD EVEN THOUGH IT WAS JUST RESET AND CHANGED, in what world does that make sense.

Newest update pop up to enter time into cells is horrible. More steps than previous. Counterintuitive and less efficient.

Everything else is better
Absolutely the worst time tracking app I’ve ever used, it fails to log me in at least two times every day, overly frustrating annoying confusing. I Don’t normally do reviews but when I do it’s exceptional or just trash. EVERYONE I WORK WITH HATES THIS APP.
Logs me out
Terrible app. Logs me out all the time. Face ID doesn’t work. Makes me enter the server url again. How am I supposed to remember that? I shouldn’t have to contact IT every other day to fix this horrible app. Zero stars if I could. Doesn’t do the only thing it’s meant to

A few updates ago this worked well and was useful. Awful now.
Not working at all now
The app was working fine until the other day. Now it will not allow me to log in at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled it a couple of times and it does not work. Very frustrating to say the least. My online info still works fine so it’s definitely the app.
