Excellent price for and first time smooth process
This is the first time I used Costway and I was quite impressed. The price was excellent compared to other retailers and the product qualities seems very good. I’m hoping the customer service and long-term support will match the experience. The only thing I was unable to locate was the extended warranty option but aside from that everything has been great.

I honestly use this treadmill almost every day during my TikTok lives and it’s been one of my favorite purchases. It was easy to set up, doesn’t take up too much space, and runs smoothly. Everything I’ve ordered from Costway has been great quality. However, the app is SOOOOO slow, tells me I can’t view anything because I need a log in token? Very faulty, definitely needs a lot of work. But once again Costway products itself are wonderful
