White screen
It asks me to enter my email, I do, then it loads a white screen that does absolutely nothing.
Glad I found out at home instead of when I need to show proof of insurance on the side of the road..

Great company, terrible app
I can’t delete old payment accounts from the app. I’ve had to actually label them for me so I know which one to use. It’d be nice if I could do it myself, or if it is already possible it’s not obvious enough. I clicked every link to try to find it and I don’t see any FAQ page that would help me to find it.

Almost impossible to login. You have to go a great deal till this app lets you login. Constant error message that something went wrong. ID are missing in quick access, it says We are working on it. This app is unusable.
Insurance card in Apple wallet
Looking at past reviews it’s been over four years since people have requested the ability to add their insurance card to Apple wallet for easy access yet there’s been no movement to add this feature. Other insurance companies have been doing it for years why can’t you?

Unusable
Can no longer log in since the latest update. App is stuck on the “loading” screen indefinitely. Why force an update if it’s going to render the app unusable?

6 step verification
Would love to log in and review performance of my investments but it logging in is a pain and requires authenticating multiple times.
Downgraded update
Went from the being able to see my account easily from the app to now being required to login to a desktop view to see my account. Not user friendly. Better off using a desktop instead now.

I cannot view my upcoming bill with a breakdown of pricing, which doesn’t help if you can’t remember the due date. There is also no function for it to use phone biometrics for facial recognition.

Difficult to login
Impossible to login using face ID. Logging in with email and password has issues too. Email verification code expires in seconds before you comeback from email to use the code. This app needs improvement.

Great app. It would be great is the insurance card could be added to the Apple Wallet for faster retrieval.

Roadside Assistance “Submit your request through the app”
I submitted a roadside assistance request through the app. I got a status of “in progress” and a reference number. I waited for an hour and called in finally just to find out nothing was on file or in place. Given there is no support for the app itself or any place to submit issues, this is literally the only way I can let you know of the bug in your app. Hopefully you can get this fixed and spare more people their time and frustration.
