We have taken 5 years of membership by paying more than 1.80lk including AMC. We are extremely disappointed with the services provided so far. As per our repeated requests since June, we have been trying to book Hotel in Bangalore through your app. Every time, instead of confirming, your team keeps postponing our request to different dates. This constant delay is unacceptable. Despite planning a month in advance, even a local Bangalore booking is not being supported. What is the use of paying AMC and taking membership if we always have to adjust our plans as per your availability and not our request. I recommend not to take this membership please since we are suffering a lot by these. We wasted our money and wasting time too. As customer care will b in reachable always.

This company represents Unprofessionalism of the highest order. If you are approached by any of their representatives , stay away.They will commit a lot of things , take your money. After sometime they will share the agreement which will have totally different clauses. They will hide certain points in order to sell. When you try to raise they will just make excuses and stretch the discussion further. Does not respect cancellation policy at all. This is a shady company and once you have paid, you will have to chase them to get your money back. Stay away from this company

For the love of God, do NOT take any subscription from this pathetic excuse of a company! It’s a complete scam. The moment you try to book a property after paying, they’ll start their nonsense — ‘Please book for 10–15 days later, we don’t have rooms right now.’ And when you actually wait and try again later, they’ll hit you with, ‘Sorry sir, this is too short notice.’ Seriously?! This is their cheap trick to loot people. Save your money and your sanity — stay far away!

Never ever accept any call from their representatives offering free vouchers claiming no hidden charges. They will waste you precious 1 hour in promoting their website and platform and would also give you free vouchers which you wouldn’t be able to use!

Reservation time takes long
They have good properties and stay is also comfortable..only concern is longer time they take for reservation, it took around 4-5 days to book stay.

Easy to use application
Earlier I used to call CHT team for the bookings and any other queries. But now I can do it myself because of their application. The application has very useful features that caters all the travel requirements.

This company has no hotel tie-ups. Provide fake vouchers with the terms and conditions that they themselves doesn’t follow.
They want customer to go to places as per their choice because of their limited tie-ups however it should be vice-versa where customer should have liberty to choose destination and hotel of his choice.

Good Stay Options but Reservations TAT to be improved
CHT has good stay options at many places and have been accommodating to my vacation needs. However, the turn around time to complete a reservation is too long. This needs to be improved. The reservation must get confirmed in the App. Currently, this is not the case. There are lot of email exchanges required to complete a reservation. App is just acting as a initiator for a reservation in any location.
