알람이 개같이많이옴
광고푸시알람 꺼도 접속할때마다 묻고 쿠폰이니 뭐니 다 알람거부해도 수시로 울림. 내가 돈주고 쓰는데도 광고 알람을 계속 요구하고 해대면 지울 수 밖에 없겠지?
배송 지연 문제
물건 시켰을 때는 이틀이나 사흘밖에 안걸린다고 해서 구매했는데 막상 시키면 맨날 배송 지연 됬다고 사과만 합니다. 아니, 제발 배송 좀 날짜 맞춰서 배송 해주세요. 맨날 늦어서 정작 필요할 때 못 받아서 너무 화가 납니다. 도서지역이라고 해도 너무한거 아닌가요? 제발 좀 부탁드릴게요. 한번만 더 이런식으로 나오면 저 그냥 쿠팡 회원 탈퇴하고

마케팅 동의함 문의사항
ㅈ팡앱 하루에 한번씩 마케팅 광고 수신동의 뜨는데 왜 자꾸 팝업창에 띄우나요? 약관 전문 보니까 본인확인 통신사 뭐 쓰는 거까지 ip접속 등을 수집한다던데 대체 뭐에다가 쓸려고 하는지 모르겠네요. 와우 회원으로서 중국에 갠정보 넘겼다고 했을때도 불안감 있었지만 계속 사용하고 있는데 왜 자꾸 어플 하루에 한번씩 열면 광고 수신 동의하냐고 물어냐구요 이런 사소한 것 때문에 소수 건빵들도 정 떨어져서 컬리나 네이버로 갈아타는 거겠져 ui도 보기 불편한데 한번 문의해봤습니다

“Dont show for rest of the day” does not mean all ads are hidden lol. Various ads pop up and it’s annoying.

Better than Amazon
I’ve been an Amazon prime member for over a decade. Coupang is without question superior in experience and customer service. Amazon’s great but Coupang feels like the next step in seamless shopping.
Please fix the scrolling issue
I love the app and use it all the time. However, after one of the recent updates I noticed that as I scroll and then tap/hold to stop the scrolling, it doesn’t stop. Rather it keeps scrolling. I have to do a double tap to stop the scrolling. Please fix this issue so I can update the review with 5 stars.

At times it only takes a matter of hours to add something to your cart before seeing the cost go up. Use them only if absolutely necessary. Try to find what you need on G-Market or in a physical shop, as A.I. powered, dynamic pricing abuses of haven’t hit consumers there yet. Coupang seems to be more concerned with not being left behind in the tech race towards platform decay. It's a shame too, because their couriers here in Korea work really hard.

It’s a really good app! Super easy to use and there are many items which will be super helpful around your home which you can buy on here. Unfortunately, there is no option to ship to the UK which is really the only negative about the app, hopefully in the future I’m able to purchase items off Coupang.

That lack of transparency and accountability escalated the situation into a major regulatory and public trust crisis in Korea. I hope Coupang is shutdown for good.

So painful using this app. Switches from English to Hangul during sign up process. My card suddenly stopped working and got error message that CVV and expiration date was incorrect. This worked fine three weeks earlier. Told customer support to reinstall app and got same errors. VERY UNSATISFACTORY!!
