It's a backload app
As a backload finder it works well. I would say to anyone thinking they will make a good living using this app as their sole method of getting work,(which is the way the platform was sold to me)be very careful. You are bidding against people who are willing to work for nothing,that probably haven't got the correct insurance and are being used by unscrupulous CX account holders that farm out work to illegal drivers which just drives the prices down to the point where shippers think we are all a soft touch. CX needs to introduce more security checks so legitimate and fully insured owner/drivers can out bid the illegal syndicated drivers.

Not working good , (glitches)
Before update app was working very good, but now its disgusting, most of time glitch , not open the loads, just buffering.

Absolutely disgusting service,they only take care to contact you when to renew your subscription and every 3 months they change the price without any notice,never support you with late payment or with incorrect company’s,will highly recommend all to think 5 time before join this clowns
App is always down
You pay to download for an app that doesn’t work.! Losing money constantly and classed as a back load app. But they down take back load money to start! Disappointed
App doesn’t work
Why is the app down again? What are you doing there? Notifications are coming to my phone, but I can't open them in the app. It just displays CX on a black background. People are losing money because of this.
