Be careful. DoNOT pay for the services of this company. It is totally waste of your money. They fill you up with lies till they get your money. This platform just wastes your money and they have zero support, as well.
Always a problem
I’ve had this app for 6 weeks. I’ve had 5 separate problems. When I first started there was something wrong with the app and I couldn’t see all the loads (3 out of a possible 35 at the time.) On 3 separate occasions I’ve been unable to check loads, accounts and past deliveries as an error flags up (503). Again on alerts I can only see 35/60 available. I have to manually input my location and search for jobs to see everything which is a waste of time. At one point I was bidding for jobs. Call a company and they couldn’t see me bid on there. Please don’t download this app and waste your money. It’s problem after problem. Would NEVER recommend this to anyone.

App suggestion and much needed upgrades
An amazing app which can be enabled to do wonders for the business owners. Little tuning in reports can make fleets owner to ease their hectic schedules and come up with a blessing.
Very much needed developments:
1. There should be a filter through which we can find a single driver invoices and tracking of their due, overdue, pending and scheduled this will help the fleet owners so much.
2. After filtering there should be an export option so we can send the list of job to the driver so they can tele if there is any miscalculations or any mistakes in the invoices. Now we ask drivers for List of their Jobs done , then we need to find every single invoice and check every invoice individually. Time taking and exhausting.
3. There is a technical glitch , which will be hard to explain but I’ll try.
A fleet owner when click on a driver job which is not yet started it dont track the job assigned driver , and do not shows collection ETA unless the driver click “on the way to pick up” as a fleet owner we need to inform the drivers manually if they are running behind the schedule while there should be an alarm system which buzz the driver if they are away from job and will be getting late.
4. I Love all the TEG developers teams, I can feel how it sounds to listen to our non senses, But These are serious struggles which you guys can fix once for all . I would appreciate your efforts in this regard.

Not fare for driver
Cx have lot of load but not that as explained by sales team, even 200 mile people go in 70 pound. Because of cx don’t have a minimum limit so load post give the fare price for driver.
