App does not load. Deleting and reloading doesn’t help. Frustrating.
Stuck on Waiver Screen
I downloaded the app. Got stuck on the waiver screen. It just seemed hung up on that screen. Reloaded app. no change. Too frustrated so I deleted the app.
Cannot Enter Scores
The title says it all - you cannot enter scores for a game. All individuals that I play with have the same issue.
Needs much improvement
For the past several months, the app frequently freezes at different points during startup requiring one to force quit and re-open, sometimes several times before the app actually works. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did nothing to improve the situation.
This is really bush league and if it doesn’t get fixed soon, several others and I will be pushing my main club to switch to a different app.
Developer: please don’t leave some trite response. Tell us what your action plan is to get this fixed.

can’t add an org to connect with
super lousy app!!
Awful performance
-App always has slow load times when switching menus
-Sometimes it will error code and switch to desktop mode. After that you can’t exit and must restart app
-more recently it will get stuck on the start up logo and will become completely inoperable regardless of a full restart of the app.
Suggestions:
-The app should only require you to make one account and then you can add whatever organization you want without having to confirm your details for every time.
-location based suggestions
-singular dupr linking on court reserve acc instead of individual organizations
-this app has so much more potential since it’s the only place you can purchase play time. You could advertise local tournaments, add chat features, add a friends feature, group registration.

They can take your money without your permission
The club owners can take your money away without any permission, at least you should let me click on a confirm button right?
Debit card fees
This app is charging Debit card fees at the multiple court places I use it. Debit card fees in the US are illegal (Durbin Amendment) and carry large fines. Please fix this app
Frustrating
I open the app. It’s stuck on “Waivers.” I can’t back out of it. Neither will it allow me to complete it and move on. Even when I delete the app and download it again the problem persists.
Can’t access privacy
First thing I did with app is click on privacy statement link. It takes me to a .io (Indian Ocean) domain and never completes request. Not a good start
Missing or obscured save button for waitlist reservations
Unable to complete court reservations from the waitlist notification since the Save button is hidden/obscured by the app UI.
Observed multiple times in the IOS app on iPhone 13 mini.

Garbage
Manually turned off every notification setting and I still get push notifications from one club. You also can’t remove clubs. Complete garbage.
No live update or refresh feature
Most modern apps give you real time data or allow you to refresh on the page. This app does not.
For competitive time spots, you can filter to the appropriate spot on the calendar and still not get in because you have to leave the event screen and come back in
For example let’s say registration for an open play spot opens at 9:00 am. If you land on the event registration screen at 8:59. It will say registration opens in 1 minute. Or 30 seconds or whatever.
But the timer and the page don’t live update and you can’t refresh on the page. So when the clock strikes nine the page will still be showing the exact same info it showed when you first landed on the page at 8:59.
You have to now leave the page and come back in and hope there are still spots available.

Horrible!!!!!
Such a waste of time runs you in circles and not intuitive or user-friendly
Not able to delete the unused club sc
It is frustrating to use this app when I am not able to delete the not frequently used clubs from my account. Nobody knows how to do it, club or app customer support. Pillar to post, no answers yet. Frustrating.
Terrible app
Never opens, always frozen. No way to filter open play by level.
App freezes
I have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it, but to no avail. I can open it and then I just get the logo and a white background. It’s so frustrating. I wish my favorite centers would offer another way to reserve. Ugh.

Impossible to reserve manually
In a second, just one second, all courts are reserved. It is impossible to reserve without using scripts. Fix it, or return this process to manual in-person reservations with paper and pen. It will definitely make it fairer than using this app.
