Worst app
This is the worst pizza app I have ever used in my life.
Can’t pay cash
An update removed the ability to pay in cash… I was gonna pay in cash.
Terrible
I just got the app because they changed their website and it’s impossible to order what I wanted. The app is even worse! Just lost my business.
Oh no just order online
FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY, JUST ORDER ON A WEBPAGE. Usually I order on my web browser. Sometimes that’s problematic. Today I downloaded the app because the entire online ordering system crashed. I did finally get logged in & order via the app, it’s is just very stodgy, the menu was difficult to navigate, I couldn’t access specials. Once I ordered I COULD NOT TIP IN APP ANYWHERE. Not OK!!! Wayne Ave Dayton OH is one of the most dedicated stores & staff. I have to tip them, I don’t have cash!!! Dug out some change, then pizza tracker doesn’t work on the app either!!! What is this 1980? Almost all the web ordering options don’t work in app. App needs upgraded or discontinued.

The new layout is okay but you can’t track your order and it’s very expensive if you want a pizza.
It works but with issues
Favorites does not seem to work anymore no matter how many times I tap the heart, it just keeps adding the order to my cart, I also can’t unfavorite an old order. Very frustrating. Good pizza though.

Trying to order is really awful, sometimes important things like the cash or credit card options just won’t show up. You have to restart the app and your cart doesn’t save. Seems like it was created in like 2016 and never updated.
Why this is a one star review for the app.
It doesn’t accept cards sometimes when ordering online forced to pay with cash and round up for grand total and tip, that’s fine but with no pizza tracker for my order it’s frustrating.

App does not work will let you pick out deals and food but when you go to checkout can not select your payment can't use your reward points either app needs work its basically pointless to download please fix it

Checkout Payment Not Always Working
Four different times that I’ve ordered cousin Vinnys pizza on the mobile app, I am able to select all my items and add them to the cart. But when I go to check out, it does not give me the payment fields to enter in the credit card information.
Fix your tracker
I have tried to use your tracker so many times it doesn’t work please fix it ASAP!!!!!
Watch carefully
App shows everything correctly, then it kicks items out after clicking submit. Happened several times.
Good app
Not the most modern looking app but it is easy to use.
Unusable
None of the deals work. Nothing works. Don’t offer an app if you just have to order online anyway. Don’t waste ten minutes of your life. It isn’t worth it.
Just order online
A 7yo that had been raised by wolves and never introduced to modern technology could design a better app. It’s as ugly as it’s clunky and buggy. Do yourself a favor and just order online.
