Does not work
The app doesn’t work at all. It’s been loading endlessly at the start, not even able to get into the app.
App costing the company money
I tried multiple times to order and it kept sending a “refresh” message. Finally gave up. Its 2026, get a working app.
High Hopes
I downloaded this app bc I saw on Facebook where this truck was going to be in my area today & advertised to order ahead. However, after I chose the correct truck for my location to order, it showed that the truck was actually somewhere else in another city entirely. Did not want to order in case the truck isn’t where it’s supposed to be or where it’s advertised. The good thing about the app is that it showed the menu & the prices so I’m at least aware of that before I go in person.

Great app!
I had a great experience with this app! I was easily able to find the location, make my order, pay, and pick up at the arranged time very easily. Absolutely no issues!
Trash App needs improvement
The app needs improvement from all prospectives it’s always crashing and I can never order food from the food truck it’s always asking me to cater. The food here is amazing but this app in the mobile App Store blows. I wouldn’t recommend getting unlesss they provide and update to software on app.

App Doesn’t Work as Intended
I’ve had the app for a long time. But when I go in it keeps telling me to “Get the App”. Didn’t need updated. Deleted and reinstalled. Recognizes my points. Still says “Get App”. NO OPTIONS TO ORDER ON LINE. I’m going elsewhere for dinner

First time downloaded the app because workers said to try ordering through the app. The option to order was never there.
Every time I open the app it takes me to the last location. Then to get the app. I’ve yet to see how having the app is of any use except to check a schedule for the week. Seems pointless since it’s listed on their facebook page. Needs help in a big way.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EVER!
What a great find!
Not intuitive
The app is not very intuitive, after installing the app I tried to order but only catering was coming up. We decided to call instead, well that didn’t work out either. From the message when calling, I did gather that you are only ordering at the event that was current. I closed everything and re-opened the app, SUCCESS! Once I re-opened, ordering was easy and straightforward. I will use the app next time hopefully it goes a bit easier now that the app is installed.

Can’t order
The app would not let me order from my nearest food truck. It would only let me order from a restaurant a thousand miles away
Useless App Features
No point in using this app to order ahead. Food is never ready upon arrival. What’s the point of the app offering this option if trucks don’t honor it.
Cannot preorder on app
Don’t even bother trying to order using their app because there is no option to order from the food truck, you can only order catering from a fixed location San Clemente. Tried to contact them, but of course no call back.
Great food
I love lobster and this was fantastic. The portion was good for real lobster and was perfect.
All points lost
Great food but this app is terrible. Saved points for years and after update all my points gone.

Always very good! I always go when they are nearby and I get enough for lunch and dinner.
Reoccurring errors with the app
Repeatedly get errors trying to open the app and then if it opens I get errors trying to place an order. Error states to wait 10 sec or 1 minute and try again but still doesn’t work.

Not User Friendly
The app is super confusing to use, couldn’t even pull up the local food truck event that is happening today down the street from us. Tried plugging in every surrounding city and zip code and nothing pops up. You can set the location to what’s nearest to you but then it only pulls up that restaurant local to that city. It’s quite frustrating not to mention all the 1 star reviews saying even if you order to skip the line, you’re still waiting awhile. Deleted.
