App Crashes
App always crashes the first time logging in when you go to click into any of my account’s to look at the transactions. The app automatically closes out to the main login screen. Then I have to log back in for it to maybe work properly. ( IPhone 17 Pro Max ) This has been going on for a couple months now and it’s get annoying….

This app sucks! Why does it continue to need to ask me 3 and 4 times for a text to verify my identity? Has it changed in the past 90 seconds? I despise companies that make it difficult for me to pay them.

I have banked with CoVantage for over 3 years. I have always been able to handle any concerns I have in a prompt and timely manner with the customer service department.
Works but a step behind
App works for basic tasks but is a step behind most other mobile banking apps.

Deposit Feature
The online deposit feature constantly crashes on me. I’ve asked multiple times over the past year and there hasn’t been a resolution. So annoying to have to go back in and retry. Sometimes I give up and drive to the credit union. I dread using it when I know I’m going to have to. I use the People’s State Bank app for work on my phone, and it never does this.

This banking app has gotta be the worst banking app I’ve ever used in my life not only is it consistently laggy try to make transfers nothing until you reopen the app 10 times ridiculous

Service is always with a smile at co vantage . The ease of depositing checks online saves me trips to the bank as a business owner I will appreciate this . Thanks John Shaltis
Disappointed
It’s a shame that such a formerly awesome credit union is holding their members hostage by not letting them use mobile banking unless they sign up for digital statements. I am older and I don’t agree with everything on line. My information was hacked through my employer, the medical industry twice, my wife’s employer, and now I got notice from this credit union. I must be the only one that has lost faith in IA and apparently in common sense. Maybe modern day financial institutions should take a step back when everyone who banked with them they knew by their name not just their account number.

Unreliable
For iPhone users, it’s honestly best to just go to their website as the app is constantly staying that the digital and mobile app is currently unavailable or it is experiencing technical issues. Once the app is working, without a yellow notification bar above the login page, it works fantastically.
Banking has never been easier!
I love the convenience of CoVantage banking and the service is wonderful!
Ease of banking
Banking is so easy with CoVantage. I love how easy the online prompts are. I do highly recommend CoVantage. I have been with them for over 15 years and they have never disappeared and always been very helpful.
Slow.
App is always and I mean always so slow and laggy and unless I’m in my own home with 5g internet this app ain’t working.
