Messaging
The messaging portion of the app no longer works. That is vital for communicating with the Dr and team. Some of us do not have very limited time to physically call during office hours and the messaging portion is very handy for that reason. Please fix it!
Useless
The app is just a webview over their website. It doesn't even keep you logged in. Absolutely useless. Uninstalled.
Ridiculous
I used my user name and password to log into my account. I want to pay my bill. Not only can I not look at my bill I can’t pay it either without having an account number from a statement. I don’t have the statement. I shouldn’t need it. I’m logged into my account!!! Like a design from 30 years ago.
Never works
This app never works. I get notifications from them but it never opens to any documents. Very frustrating
Doesn’t save password correctly.
App is frustrating. The overall design is just opaque. It doesn’t even correctly save/load the password because it tries to save it under “CoxHealthNow” instead of “coxhealthnow.com” so iOS doesn’t handle it correctly. Obvious hasn’t been tested by developers.

Where is the report?
I have downloaded the reports but they don’t show up! I only see old reports and there seems to be no way to close them.
Doesn’t work
This won’t load, says I don’t have access even though I had it through the website. This app is garbage.
Doesn’t Work
I can’t even use this app because it won’t load. It just keeps spinning and says loading. The portal used to be nice and now this is what we are left with to use. Extremely Disappointed.

This app works fine! Everything you can find on their website you can find on this app.
Very glitchy
This new app is very glitchy. It won’t refresh when you click on the calendar to make a new appointment. The old app was much better.
