Frame is great. Software is lagging.
The frame itself is solid—nice display, responsive touch controls, and overall feels well-built. Where things break down is the app and upload experience.
Uploading is inconsistent. Bulk uploads frequently stall or fail, especially with larger batches, which turns what should be a simple setup into a repetitive retry process. Even when uploads complete, there’s little visibility into what’s already been added.
Main issues:
* No clear tracking of previously uploaded photos/videos
* Bulk uploads are unreliable (crashes, stalls, re-uploads needed)
* Limited sorting (only basic chronological options)
* No manual control over display order
What would significantly improve this:
* Add a “already uploaded” indicator (checkmarks or filtering) to avoid duplicates
* Improve upload stability, especially for larger batches
* Allow manual sorting or drag-and-drop ordering within albums
* Add sorting by filename and better organization tools (folders/albums)

So far so good, but…
Been loving our new 17in digital picture frame which allows full-length videos. Upload speed is good if you only upload in WiFi mode. One BIG and MAIN feature that’s missing and causing us a lot of trouble, and it’s the only request we have for the developers is: please create this function that tracks the pics/videos that you’ve already uploaded, this way we don’t have to keep track of the last picture and video that we uploaded and be miserable swiping through our phone albums to search for that last picture or video. This other digital picture frame brand has this useful function, so when we choose pics/videos from our phone albums, the pics/videos that we already uploaded to the frame are marked with a check and won’t let us choose again. This function is SO useful please help add it to your app, it will save users SO much time and effort. Thank you!

Won’t connect to frame
I hate this app. It won’t connect to the frame. I can connect the Bluetooth through my phone’s settings to the frame but it appears to be useless if I don’t go through the app to connect Bluetooth.
Day 1 and 4 hours later… will Return!
It’s only day 1 and I have wasted 4 hours with tech support trying to get the app to set up my frame. It’s not the frame bc I can’t even get to the point to add the device to my list. It keeps erroring out when you add a single photo into the app. Their update sucks!

Can’t load any more photos. Love the ones that are there but I have a ton more I want to add.

The frame is solid quality and I like the touch screen function. But the uploading methods are terrible. When trying to bulk upload via the browser interface there were multiple crashes even when I tried less images than suggested (<50). The app upload is just as problematic. Lots of crashes and stalling and re-uploads needed in order to get one album to work with 150 images.
The app needs to also support manual sorting of images or at least sorting by filenames. It is terrible to only be able to sort by recently added or oldest, etc.
Not being able to control the order of the images displayed is just unacceptable.

Frame
Very hard to understand instructions- unable to view most photos very disappointed
Support is really sub-par
I actually like the frame, but the company support is astonishingly poor. All their “support” videos and articles are hopelessly outdated. They reference an old frame product of theirs from like 8 iterations ago. And emailing support is useless; it’s just an aggravating exercise. The staff try to figure out “where you’re going” and what you REALLY mean, vs just directly answering your questions. So they end up answering questions you aren’t even asking, and ignore the questions you are. I had to email the SAME QUESTION three different times!! And I still didn’t get a clear answer. Unbelievable.

iPhone compatibility
iPhone compatibility is absolutely atrocious. Every option to upload photos utterly fails. Device is garbage. Gets a starlight.

Pathetic instructions on setup
I was hoping that the Cozyla frame would be a win. It seems like such a great idea. A friend of mine gave it to me as a gift. It came with no gift code, is not yet installed despite 3 1/2 hours of effort on my part, and I basically have given up. Oh, and there virtually no way to contact the manufacturer.

Terrible app. Technical glitches signing up, app crashes nonstop. Functionality near zero. Waste of time. Wish I could delete my personal info from this company. Don’t want this level of incompetence having access to personal data.

This is the most horrible photo frame ever. Downloading from my Apple is torture. While I like the large frame I cannot get my picture loaded without hours of time.

Im trying to sign in and am getting the error “too many attempts” I’ve reset my password and even tried to create an account under a different email, nothing is working
Slow and disorganized
The phone app is horrible for uploading from local device. First you have to choose images from your device. Then you can select up to 30 to send to the frame (cloud folder?).
After that, the app should delete the images from its local uploads right? Or keep them checked off so you don’t send duplicates. Or have the ability to delete the images? Wrong. You can’t delete from the local upload folder so the more images you add, the harder it will be to remember what you already uploaded.

No rearranging, no emojis
I just wish I could rearrange photos once I upload them and be able to use emojis in the photo captions. Uploading process isn’t perfect either. Has some glitches.
Can’t log in
Trying to log in using Apple credentials fails. Not sure how to access the account via the app if that doesn’t work
Recent update improve a lot
I do see big improvement on app side, especially upload photos and videos very easy and smooth. Love the google photo support and sound wave gift mode
