Finally, a Calendar That Works With My ADHD Instead of Against It ✨

I rarely leave reviews, but the new AI features in Cozyla have genuinely changed the way I manage my life. Within minutes, it took me from having a completely empty calendar to a fully organized, color-coordinated schedule planned out for the next couple of months.

As someone with ADHD, the visual organization alone brings me an incredible sense of relief. Instead of feeling overwhelmed trying to keep track of everything in my head, I can finally see my family schedules, routines, appointments, and tasks clearly in one place. It makes daily life feel calmer, more manageable, and far less chaotic.

The combination of the smart AI planning and the visual layout is what makes this app stand out for me. Cozyla has become more than just a calendar, it feels like a real support system for my home and family life.

Almost

I’ve been using the Cozyla+ for over six months now. I think their app and tablet are just almost there.
It would be nice if I click on the tablet in my calendar, pops up and it readily available. And when I click on the calendar, if it would pop up with the last view, I had instead I always have to click to the month. There’s too many clicks to get to what I want to view the most.
It would be nice when you put multiple people in an event that the event would split the colors of the people in the event. Instead, it turns gray.
I just recently started looking at the Skylight and Cozi calendar. They both seem to function better and are more user-friendly. But I didn’t want to pay a subscription. I can’t speak on the other features. I get frustrated, adding events in the Cozyla calendar a lot.

Thank you for using Cozyla+ for over six months and for sharing such detailed feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to go through several steps just to reach your preferred calendar view or add an event. We’ve carefully noted your feedback about reopening the last-used view, reducing the number of steps, and displaying the colors of multiple family members within an event. We’ve shared these points with the relevant product team for review, and we truly appreciate your honest feedback.

Smart calendar app everyone needs!

I’ve been using the Cozyla app with my Cozyla Smart Calendar, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The app is clean, intuitive, and very easy to navigate, making it simple to keep my family’s schedule organized in one place.

I love how seamlessly it syncs events and allows everyone in the household to stay updated. Adding appointments, reminders, and tasks is quick and effortless, and the real-time syncing ensures nothing gets missed. The interface is modern, responsive, and works smoothly without any noticeable lag.

One of my favorite features is how customizable everything is. Whether it’s color-coding calendars, managing to-do lists, or displaying family photos, the app makes staying organized both functional and enjoyable.

Overall, the Cozyla app has become an essential part of our daily routine. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and continuously improves with updates. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and effective way to manage family schedules and stay organized.

Keeps me organized

I love that I can keep all of my appointments and all of my family’s birthdays organized so I don’t miss anything. I am finding that the meal planning feature is helping me make healthier choices.

Obsessed

This is the best calendar! It’s so easy to use and it’s so helpful for my family!!

Do not trust this company

I rarely leave negative reviews, which is why this one is so disappointing to write.

First, I want to be clear: the Cozyla display itself has been fantastic. In our home we’ve affectionately nicknamed it “the Brain” because it has become the central hub for our family’s schedule and organization. The hardware and functionality have exceeded our expectations.

My one-star review has nothing to do with the product. It is entirely about the company’s business practices and the trust they have broken with their customers.

Before purchasing, I spent days comparing Cozyla with competing products. The deciding factor—the reason I chose Cozyla despite its higher upfront price—was their commitment to no subscription fees. I was happy to pay more initially because I wanted to avoid yet another recurring monthly charge. That promise set Cozyla apart in a market where companies increasingly rely on subscription models.

Beyond that, Cozyla appeared to value its community. They built an engaged Facebook group, actively sought customer feedback, and invited users to participate in pilot programs that helped shape the product. It genuinely felt like a company that listened to and respected its customers.

Then, without meaningful communication or transparency, a subscription model was introduced.

The issue isn’t simply that a subscription now exists. Companies can certainly change their business models. The problem is how it was handled. Customers who purchased based on the company’s original value proposition now feel blindsided. Trust, once lost, is incredibly difficult to rebuild.

If I were making this purchase today, knowing what I know now about the company’s direction and how this transition was managed, I would choose a different product. Not because the hardware isn’t excellent—it absolutely is—but because I no longer have confidence that the company’s commitments to its customers will remain intact.

Cozyla built a loyal community by promising something different. Unfortunately, that trust has been damaged, and for many longtime customers, that’s far more disappointing than the introduction of a subscription itself.

Not friendly enough for our family

Wish there was a desktop

It’s been great, but I wish there was a desktop ability to schedule and organize etc.

Love our Cozyla!

Such a great calendar for a busy family and the kids are actually doing their chores daily without asking.

Super Cool!

Organizing the family and it is just the beginning!!! There are a few things it needs otherwise it would be a 5, but they are on the right track!

App needs work

The basic functions are okay, but getting the calendar and meals to properly cross-reference each other is problematic from a navigation aspect - you have to navigate up, then across (meals, calendar, task), then back down to details. It’s a bit cumbersome.

Further, consistent app options need work: example - my wife and I have the +2 model and the latest app update. When trying to select a meal from the same starting point in the app, my wife gets expected choices at the next screen, whereas my phone app does not allow for selection from customized meals. Same phone models; same app versions; same screen starting point in the app; different results as we drill down into the app and try to find a given meal in our list. If it’s “pilot error”, then there’s no clear reason how/why.

Thank you for sharing this. We’re sorry for the confusing experience. Could you please share more details about the exact steps where your phone and your wife’s phone show different meal options? Screenshots or a short screen recording would be very helpful. We’ll share this with the relevant team, and you can also contact our support team at [help@cozyla.com](mailto:help@cozyla.com) so they can take a closer look. Really appreciate your feedback!

So helpful!

Finally an app that combines chores, calendar, and meal planning in one place. The "My Pantry" feature alone has saved us so much food waste. Super easy to use and keeps the whole family synced. 10/10!

Fairly happy. Some kinks

Overall i am really liking the cozyla + calendar 2. There are a few things i think are in need of updating however.

When i first set it up, it would not connect to my wifi. It would save it but not connect. I had to use my phone hotspot to get it set up. Eventually mine randomly started connecting to my home internet. However my sister purchased one as well and hers still will not connect to her wifi. This is a major design flaw for such an expensive product. As such my sister is returning hers due to this flaw.

On the phone app i don’t like that checked off items on the to do list disappear. I would prefer they strike through like they do on the calendar device. That way i can see what i have accomplished.

As far as visual design goes i would love to see more color customization options across the board. I love a colorful calendar. I especially would like to see options for things like the chore bank (the default brown color is awful) and the clock on the home-screen.

Lastly i would love more widgets to give more personalization options.

If those items are incorporated into future updates i think this would be a 5 star product for sure. Everything else about it is awesome. I am enjoying using it to keep my home and family organized.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying Cozyla and using it to keep your home and family organized. We’ll make sure to share each of your suggestions with the relevant team, including being able to still see completed to-do items after checking them off, more color customization options, and additional widgets. We’re especially sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi connection issue. We understand how frustrating that must be, especially during setup, and we’ll ask the team to take a closer look at it. If your sister is still having trouble connecting to her home Wi-Fi, could she also try setting it up with a phone hotspot? This may help us better understand whether the issue is related to the device setup process or the home Wi-Fi connection. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and support. It really helps us improve the product.

Neeeed calendar widget option please!!

I need more than just a grocery list at a glance. Please make the task list and the weekly schedule available as widgets for my iPhone.

So far so good!

We have had it for a few weeks and are really enjoying it!

Great app - desperately needs dark mode

This app is a fantastic companion app to the wall calendar application. However, my eyes are begging for a dark mode option. Please! The brightness of a thousand suns is not something I enjoy at 430 in the morning when I’m checking the day/week ahead.

Great—suggested feature change

Love the app and calendar. It would be really helpful to tap on a future date and have an option to add an event for that date (instead of defaulting the event date to today’s date every time). Thanks!

Love it

I call it my family hub. We keep it by the front door. Everybody stops and looks at it each morning to see the day ahead, dinner plan, chores etc. love this.

Organized my LIFE

Took me awhile to get the hang of things, but with more use (and some Google searches for YouTube videos showing how-to do something) my Cozyla is now organizing my life. I love how I can access my schedule and all of my routines/chores from any of my devices. It has made scheduling my work and personal lives so much easier. No longer do I need to be by my planner to remember when my appointments are! I also love the routines/chores… it has made keeping my house and life more of a daily routine where I don’t feel like I have to use my whole weekend to “catch up”.

Organization at it’s finest

This app has brought together the family calendar while also providing access to the weekly meal plan and even offering suggestions I would have never come up with on my own. The Cozyla calendar is a great addition to my home, and I only wish I had gotten it sooner! Pairing with this app allows all those great features to go outside the home, ensuring you are always on top of tasks and up to date on events. I was at the airport and realized I forgot to remind my husband to read a certain book at bedtime. Instead of panic, I opened the app and added the book and “reading” under his to-do list FROM THE AIRPORT! Bedtime went smoothly, he marked it done, and this app helped avoid a meltdown. It truly is a wonderful app!
