Does not always have reception and some of the messages doesn’t go through from the watch and when it does connect, it’s very pixelated

Terrible battery on the model 5
Worked ok at first but soon the battery became an issue that could not hold charge.
The signal clarity was pretty good though.

Watch life is terrible
Bought two watches both have died in less than 2 years. Replaced one of them and that died so we are giving up. Watch is also bulky and band is not compatible with petite children.
