Watch stopped charging in a year

Definitely not the best quality. First the bend broke and then the watch just stopped charging… we haven’t had it very long. Or is it your “sign” to ask me to buy a new one?

Watch locked

Watch says phone is locked no where on my app does it ask me to authorize and unlock

GPS

The GPS doesn’t refresh, so I have to close out of the app and open it back up to see any movement on my sons location. And sometimes I have to do it a few times before the location changes, which is frustrating when I’m checking to make sure he got on the bus and made it to school.
