Atención al cliente no responde
Tengo un inconveniente hace rato que se dañó la parte donde va la sim del reloj y por lo tanto no podía comunicarme con el niño, he escrito muchas veces y nada que me contestan, me tocó pegarlo con pegante instantáneo ya que el reloj es de extrema necesidad pues es un niño con necesidades especiales. No me gusta que se supone que es para niños pero sus partes son muy débiles, se supone que deben ser fuertes porque un niño, salta, se cae, golpea etc pero parece de mala calidad y siempre se está partiendo algo y sé que no es el niño que lo golpea con la intención porque las veces que se ha dañado he estado con él y es cuando está jugando.
No sé si se dañará por el pegante instantáneo pero fue la única solución ya que nadie me responde y es un artículo costoso y necesario para mi hijo.

Worked ok at first but soon the battery became an issue that could not hold charge.
The signal clarity was pretty good though.

Watch life is terrible
Bought two watches both have died in less than 2 years. Replaced one of them and that died so we are giving up. Watch is also bulky and band is not compatible with petite children.

Terrible UX, functionality is Ok
This gotta be the winner of the worst User Interface but functional category. Design is like a joke. Popups everywhere with x to close them. Non standard. Setup is confusing for the first parent, even more for the second parent. Group chat audio message doesn’t play on speakers. Functionality wise its fine hut someone should rewrite the app UI as a modern iOS app following common sense and standards. Will test it more but this is my first 10 minutes review. The do not disturb is dumb, you cant set a from and to time just a from and then duration. Who designs something like that?

No product QC , software bugs left and right, not recommending to anyone specifically stay away from TT5 version watch, bad battery life, app showing battery 20% and watch app showing that watch is offline

There is a Gay Pride Disney music app on iHeart radio on a children’s watch. This should not be on a child’s watch. iHeart Radio grooming children?
Awful UI
When signing up, the app does not update the information, or recognize you entered it, and won’t let you progress. Unintuitive UI. Confusion between users, accounts, contacts, parents.
Ok but has some concerning glitches
I really love the concept of this watch. My son has had it for 3 years now and overall it does the job. Some features that I really like:
1) do not disturb, so he can wear it at school as just a watch
2)FaceTime
3) I can call into the watch without an alert on the watch
4) I can vouch for its durability. As I said, my son has had it for 3 years now and wears it consistently. he plays sports and is generally rough on anything he wears.
What I really don’t like:
1) GPS lags terribly. Often takes several minutes (as long as 15) to update. This is a huge concern for obvious reasons.
2) I do not receive notifications through my phone that a message has been sent to me from the watch. Yes, I have the notifications turned on. It occasionally does, it mostly does not. Unsure why the inconsistency.
4) to add, there have been times I have received a notification and I go into the app and there is no message, though it’s shown in the watch’s side that it was sent.
3) No talk to text option. He can type or select short phrases through the touchscreen. He can also leave voice messages. But as the adult, it would be great to have a voice to text option for him so that I can easily read his messages in situations when I am unable to play an audio clip (I.e. at work). Generally, talking is the easiest option for him as the screen is smaller by nature and would take him quite a long time to send more than a short sentence compared to talking.
Overall, I still like the watch. I do not regret the purchase. Also, phone service accounts for some of my complaints. But certainly it is in need of some improvements, and should not be solely relied on for emergent (obviously) or urgent situations.
