Now What ?
I downloaded the app on my iPad. I registered using my email. I was able to connect the app to the garage door by opening the door. Now I see the garage door listed with a signal strength but it says status unknown. There doesn’t seem to be any way to set the status. There are no instruction for the app. Help.
Additionally, when I tried to install the app on my android device I got through the email registration but the app kept closing. I never could get to the step to link the sensors to the app. Suggestions?

Disappointed
App fails to register.
Device works App does not
They have several apps that all say you have to download this combined app. The app takes you to an email registration page that just hangs.
Waste of Money
App is useless; fails to “register” and fails to “find any devices” even 12 inches away. Device stopped working after a couple of months. Plastic clamshell on light bar falls off. Button is on wrong side so inaccessible during setup. Instructions are poorly written. Pairs to transmitter only if you retry a dozen times. You get what you pay for.
