Accidentally logged out of app. Tried every email possible. Absolutely nothing. No other options for help. Time to look for a new security system!!
Can’t open CPI app

Colors
This app is pretty good. The only suggestion I would have is an easy fix. The “CPI” letters should change colors to tell you what status the alarm is set at. Green for disarmed, orange for stay and red for away. You can thank be by giving me a free three months.
App isn’t too good/ Customer Service even worse
The batteries for the service itself are always faulty. You get notifications all day saying low battery, battery restored and they charge you the customer to come out and look at it. In addition calling them isn’t any better. They hire anybody and their agents are the last thing from professional. This service is one good for 1st timers but that’s it.

Broken and almost worthless
I don’t know what happened but the app is now almost unusable. Video notifications are either significantly delayed or don’t happen at all. Today I’ve gotten several delays and danced in front of the camera and no doorbell announcement or video clips on my phone.
Unable to Change Notifications
What a pain! Every time someone passes by the front of the house, I and my daughter-in-law get a text and an email! That’s several times an hour on my watch, my phone, and tablet!!!
The app doesn’t allow me to change notifications. Customer Service doesn’t answer, robot says I’ll get a call back in 20 minutes, then sends a message that I have to text or call them. It’s maddening!

Confusing app, to find my camera history. App isn’t intuitive at all. Very confusing of how to find history.

Hardly Useable
Videos don’t save. Alerts are too delayed to be effective. Unlocking/locking, setting alarm are about the only useable function.

Took away useful features and it has bugs. Would recommend a different security company

Brutal
Worst UX ever. Can’t access my WiFi for my connected cameras, insanely confusing interface, the cameras only trigger a motion recording for 30 seconds and then it just stops even though people are still standing there or near the house. So bad

The app won’t even open any longer. First my wife had that problem and now I do. Two different houses. Two completely different networks. Same issue.
