49 Notifications for 1 monthly payment
Every time my HOA payment goes through I get 49 push notifications and they’re always in the middle of the night! Frustrating! Fix it please!

Just want to change my password. App crashes every time I try to do it.

If I could give this app a negative star, I would. When I try to log in, it just keeps spinning into oblivion. Totally useless…..[Delete]

Worst app. Keep getting late fees because I can’t log in keeps saying unauthenticated user. Terrible app just like the Hoa that runs my property.

This is December of 2020 and it seems this app is as useless as it was for the past year +! Hope we aren’t paying money for this.

Registered, kicks me out and back to my iPhone home screen. I’m sure my HOA is paying to have this function as part of our property management service. Useless...

Cant pay my mortgage through the app because it keeps crashing when I try to login. Your better off not using this app. Save yourself the frustration

Can not get past the sign in page either. As soon as I put in password it crashes. Has this app been abandoned?

Shuts off when I try to login on
I can never get passed the login. As soon as I put in my password and submit, the app shuts down. I have tried deleting the app and reloading but it still doesn’t work.

An embarrassment of an app
Unusable in its current state - why go through the trouble of developing something that’s half baked, and not very well thought out?
Can’t even log in
My wife and I both want access to the app. Only one of us was allowed to access it at any time. Now I signed her out and am trying to sign either of us back in and it won’t let us. I get the code emailed to me when I click “forgot password” and all it ever says when I enter my info is “unauthenticated user.” Probably one of the worst apps I’ve had the displeasure to use.

Direct messaging
Good but would be easier to communicate with direct messaging.
Not able to use app at all
The app keeps wanting me to pick a property but nothing is listed nor am I able to type anything to pick. I signed up online first and then tried the app. Because of this, I can’t use the app at all.
No property to select
Just downloaded app. I try to sign in and property select is empty and it takes me back to sign in screen.
