Loved it more before the last updates
I enjoy banking with cPort and I loved the app once upon a time. I’m a full-time working student so time is scarce and I prefer convenience. The snapshot used to work as intended. Lately it makes me log in to see the snapshot and does not remember my credentials even with the “Remember Me” option selected. This isn’t a shared device and I have several security options on my phone. I would rather be able to use the convenience features as intended.

Pathetic app, miserable sign-in, terrible design, bye bye cPort.
New update still does not correctly rotate app on iPad and affects entire iOS orientation until app is closed. Navigation and design is a joke.
Sideways on iPad
The upgrade was not a success nor an upgrade. Why is the iPad app now sideways and not fixed? I mean it wasn’t broke until you fixed it. Now it needs to be worked on yet it’s not. Odd. That’s not great app dev work.

Check deposit issues
The app works amazing , except, I’m getting a repeated error message when attempting to deposit checks. I have my VPN turned off and I cannot seem to get it to work. I have the latest update as well.

Verification codes for every use???
Easy app to use but every time I log in I have to do a verification code even when I select to remember the device I use. Sometimes I need to check or transfer funds multiple times a day and I have to still do a verification code each time.
Missing Feature
Hi, Maine. Can we please have folders in SAVINGS account to visualize where our money is needing to go? Some of us need help learning to manage our money.
App is not working
Since this app was updated it has not been working! I will login and the pages will be blank. I have deleted and re-uploaded this app multiple times and it’s still not working. I love this bank and have been a customer for over 3 years, but I am very dissatisfied with this app at the moment!

The app is amazing after the update, I was just wondering if it would be possible to update the widget in Notification Center so that the background it not off colored, but more seamless with the iPhone.

This bank is great because they have excellent loan possibilities, varieties and options, but mostly the people are super helpful and they have a great online banking platform. It’s nice when you write a check and you can go into your online banking and minus that amount ahead of time so you can keep better track of your money flow. Also, they don’t send out junk mail, like life insurance info every six months, *like another local credit union ). :( Oh and the free use of the coin return as well as free coffee and ice cream sandwiches are a bonus

You won’t get better service
I have been with Cport for 10 or so years, I know the employees and they know me. If I need something I always know I can count on the staff to help me out. I’m so happy with this banking that I could never go back to BA or TD.

I opened an account at CPort on the recommendation of both of my children. That was 5 years ago & not once have I regretted it. The service is terrific, the people are even better. Comfortable and confident right here with them. I recommend them to everyone.

I tried a lot of different banks and credit unions, CPort is better in many ways.
Good but a little flawed
Once you set your widgets for the bottom of your app you can’t change them. Other than that the rest of the updates are nice and mostly user friendly
This app works great
I like how quick it shows transactions but I do wish it would tell me how to make principle payments and show me pending deposits but besides that works great for me!
