The name of the app says CPS Energy San Antonio - but it’s not!

I called CPS Energy in San Antonio, TX directly and the agent I spoke with stated there is no app available for their company. Apple really needs to take this app down.
Language change for app
Your website continues to not allow poor language change my language is English, and I can’t get it to change in order to see
