Best App for food
I have bought food from craft my plate for my farm house party and the food was very delicious and tasty. I thought food might become cool by the time it reaches our farm, but their maintained it in such a way that it was super hot and fresh as if cooked and served immediately. Thank you craft my plate.

Avoid CraftMyPlate for catering if your event depends on timely food delivery.
I booked lunch catering through CraftMyPlate for 5th July, selecting the 11:30 AM–12:00 PM delivery slot for an event in Hyderabad. Since my event was on a Sunday and they insisted on full payment due to high demand, I paid the entire amount in advance.
The food didn’t arrive until 2:24 PM—more than 2 hours late. By then, the event schedule was completely disrupted, and I was left apologizing to my guests instead of enjoying the occasion.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of customer support. My order was being handled by Vyshnavi (+91 92810 64165), but despite repeated calls, I received no meaningful response and my calls were effectively ignored. The in-app Help Center, which only lets you request a callback, proved to be completely useless during a time-sensitive situation. When your food is hours late, waiting for a callback is not customer support.
This level of service is unacceptable for a catering platform that markets itself for important events. A delay of a few minutes is understandable; a delay of over two hours with almost no communication is not.
Fortunately, my guests did not include young children or elderly people who might have been more seriously affected by such a long delay. Had that been the case, the consequences could have been much worse.
If you’re planning a birthday, baby shower, housewarming, office event, or any gathering where timing matters, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. A catering service should provide reliability and communication, the two things CraftMyPlate completely failed to deliver in my experience.

Spoiled Food & Zero Response Extremely Disappointed
Craft My Plate provided good sample food before the order, which built our trust. However, for the main event, they delivered spoiled biryani and poorly prepared food items.
What was even more disappointing was the response from their team. Despite continuously trying to contact Sampath, Anand, and Manasa, none of them responded to our calls after the issue was raised.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable and feels misleading to customers. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

Misguided
I want to order food for 10 people and crafted my plate. At the end it showed price per plate is 399 which i was fine with but when i enter address and confirmed date which is 15days in advance, the cost showed up was 16k in which food cost itself is 11k. There is no clarity on how they arrived at 11k for food where in it should be 400*10=4,000. Their delivery charges way off the chart, it is 4k it seems. Such a useless and waste of money

I was actually lost in search of finding a catrer for the birthday event to host 25 guests and absolutely these guys have done a fantastic job..truely you guys made it hassle free for us.
Ordered food for house warming
I had ordered my food from craft my plate and the service was extraordinary and was delivered at right time. Food was very good especially panner majestic was absolutely delicious. Finally after food apricot delight was extremely good. I thought food will get cool by the time it get delivered but their way of using aluminium box for delivery was extremely appreciable and food was hot. Hopefully will order food from Craft my plate for many more events.

Worst food ever
Worst food ever, I ordered for a corporate event for 18 peoples and it was the worst food ever. We ordered 5 starters, 8 main course and one desert. Everything was so so bad that we could not even have it and everything was spoiled and I had to throw everything and had to order everything for a nearby restaurant.
I even mentioned everything to the craft my plate management but they are least concerned about the same.
