There is no customer service number to contact to resolve. They overcharged me and sent the item back only half repaired.

Horrible

Freezes. Fails to process basic things. Screens don’t progress after you complete something. Ex. You pay and the screen says the same but if you click to pay again you get “payment error” and then just get the label via text.

Worked one time

Sent bag in had chat with cobbler. My bag was finished, opened pics and went to approve it and now all I get is a blank screen I don’t know if my payment went through or what’s going on now. The app is terrible and tried doing another quote and it freezes and glitches. Makes me not want to do business again.
