There is no customer service number to contact to resolve. They overcharged me and sent the item back only half repaired.
Horrible
Freezes. Fails to process basic things. Screens don’t progress after you complete something. Ex. You pay and the screen says the same but if you click to pay again you get “payment error” and then just get the label via text.
Worked one time
Sent bag in had chat with cobbler. My bag was finished, opened pics and went to approve it and now all I get is a blank screen I don’t know if my payment went through or what’s going on now. The app is terrible and tried doing another quote and it freezes and glitches. Makes me not want to do business again.

App seems a bit clunky. Should be updated. Bag was restored nicely though

SCAM
this company and The Cobblers is a scam. Sent items that never got returned. Check their BBB reviews.
Just ok
App will allow you to connect and chat with artisans as well as receive quotes from them, but as others have said, when you try to check on the order status the screen is blank. I saw pictures of my shoe restoration one time and have been met with a blank screen since. Not very good at all.

Terrible App
It’s time to upgrade this app is garbage , it doesn’t work.
Horrible app
This app is so poorly developed. It’s barely usable. Every time you need to check the status of your order your logged out of your account several times in the process. You constantly have to re-authorize via one time passcode and then once you sign in you’re met with a blank screen. I really don’t understand the point of this app because it’s useless.

Got a quote for heel repair on a Manolo Blahnik. My shoes are satin. They suggested to fix it with leather because they don’t have satin. So I’m suppose to have 1 leather shoe and 1 satin. How does that make sense?
No communication
They have had my bag for 1 year. No communication, I have been trying to reach them for a year now to received my purse back.
Lost contact with artisan?
I got a quote to repair my Uggs recieved communication and sent my shoes off after quote. That was in January and it is now March and the artisan said that he was working on my shoes. They took half of my deposit and now when I go into the app and try to hit the chat feature it wants to send me a one time code and it keeps spinning and nothing is happening so now I can’t even chat with my artisan. There is no number to contact in order to get assistance so now my shoes are with the artisan I’ve paid half of the deposit and I still haven’t gotten my shoes back or have any way to contact them.
