Craigdale Housing is able to connect with all their tenants through this app and portal, with options of creating the following opportunities: Share what is happening within the organisation, and allow members to comment. Promote events to all or selected groups and make the event live and interactive. Consultation, ask for immediate feedback with polls or create more in-depth surveys. The Inspection tool allows staff to capture environmental issues during their walkabouts easily. All this and none of the conversations are being listened to, data harvested or information sold to another company.
