Coffee and staff are great, and atmosphere. Only two downsides are the app makes the experience really im personable since the only way to earn points is by doing mobile orders. Would change to 5 stars if there was a scan to redeem rewards, you can’t earn any rewards by ordering in person. The rewards also seem to take a while to earn in order to redeem them for anything compared to other apps or reward programs.

Great Service
The young ladies that work early in the Joplin store are very friendly, always have my coffee ready. They sometimes put messages on my cup lid, which is so sweet. Makes my day brighter! The coffee is great and the staff is awesome!!
