Good app but poor customer service

I have ordered 3 products and still wait for its late delivery.
App is focussed to get orders in but section “Conctact Us” doesn’t give any way to contact them! This is highly unprofessional for a corporate company!

Doesn’t work

Simply doesn’t work, tried “log in” “register” “continue as guest” non works- “an error occurred” message displayed and you can’t do anything with the app. ( I have tried many times, deleted and reinstalled the app a few times with no luck)

USELESS

You have to register your guarantee through the app. The app tells you that they will verify the guarantee and confirm by email but you never receive any confirmation your product has been registered for the guarantee. Will put me off any future purchase

Robot s40

It is hard to leave a review on the product and the app for the robot s40 is totally useless.
I am trying to send the robot back or to chat with the customer service from Italy and it is very difficult and frustrating.

Such a shame because they have nice design products.

Sad that a spanish compant work like this… (i am spanish) y muy dwcwpcionada de comparar con vosotros aun así siendo bastante mas caros los productos en uk que es España y el servicio es pésimo, perdón es inexistente

Missing Something?

How do I register my fans? They come with a green card that says:
1. Download Create APP
2. Go to Account
3. Register your warranty
I managed to connect 3 of the 4 fans that I purchased to the App via WiFi. There does not seem to be a “Registration” area in the app.
Otherwise it’s okay. I can control 3 out of 4 fans with the App.

Poor

My ceiling fan has been working perfectly fine via Alexa for 4 years or so and now has become inoperable via the Alexa Skills process as create ONLY has a robot skill.
Fix this please. ASAP.

Affichage mode tablette

Affichage mode tablette inexistant. La recherche et l’obtention de notice de montage en français impossible. Les liens donnés et renvoi systématiquement sur le site générique.

Commande passée pour deux climatiseurs mobiles (500€) le 3/7/25 affiché en expédition sous 3 à 7 jour ouvrés et toujours pas expédié, pire que ça le service client injoignable par téléphone le répondeur vous redirige vers le formulaire de contact mais impossible de faire un message, accès uniquement à la FAQ et comme par hasard la seul question qui m’intéresse ( vous avez passé une commande et vous ne l’avez toujours pas reçu) on ne peut passé voir la réponse ! Je pense qu’ils on pris des commandes qu’ils n’on pas pu honorés et du coup il on carrément fermé la ligne du service client, début de semaine le répondeur indiqué un trop grand nombre d’appel et invite à rappeler ( de 9h à 14h!) et maintenant le numéro est supprimé sur leur onglet contact et quand on appel le même numéro le répondeur indique que le service client est indisponible ! Entreprise vraiment pas sérieuse en revanche l’encaissement a bien était fais lui ! Je recevrai peut être mes deux climatiseurs mobiles au mois de septembre quand j’en aurais plus besoin…

Support technique réactifs pour l'application

Il y avait un bug avec les automatisations et il a été corrigé rapidement et efficacement par les développeurs, bravo

Incumple el RGPD de la UE

La App vulnera la protección de datos al impedir configurar las cookies y no informa quien recopila los datos, como los manejan, quien es el responsable ni como ejercer los derechos de supresión y/o revisión.

SE DESCONFIGURA

Porque cada dos por tres desaparece de la app mi dispositivo??? Si tengo una cuenta con un usuario y un email!!!!????? Llevo 3 años asi !! Por favor ayuda!!!
