On Air Now - no longer working on iPhone

I have been a Creative Live member for over 10 years. The past several months the ‘On Air Now’ 24 hour streaming has not worked and I have been waiting and waiting and waiting, hoping for an update of some sort for this issue. I have missed numerous classes that I have RSVP’d for because of this issue. At this point it’s become a joke of an app. Why is there no longer updates and/or support for this app?

I downloaded this app for my Apple TV. Day one worked fine. Today it crashes within 2 seconds of opening. I’ve restarted my Apple TV maybe 5 time and still can’t get the app to stay open
