App is Majorly Flawed
The development team really needs to work on how it authenticates users. There is so much unnecessary friction built into the process. It’s easier to access a bank account than videos I’m entitled to due to my subscription payment. I will probably cancel my subscription simply due to how clunky the app is. I have to use a web browser to access my account right now.

Issues with content and functionality
I am disappointed in the quality of content on the app. The information in the classes is very surface level. Ive completed probably 10 classes don’t have a better understanding of the subject matter than I did before the class using just common sense and human experience. But probably more frustrating is the app functionality. It is the only app I have that overheats my phone, even on audio only mode. I regularly stream video from several other apps without a problem. The app also freezes often, has a significant navigation delay, and the screen display becomes distorted. There is no excuse for an app with such a high annual fee to have so many technical issues. I’ve been using it for months hoping these issues were just glitches that would resolve and they have not.

Content is great, but app isn’t
If I download video offline, I can’t stream it via chromecast? Interesting design, because otherwise it’s just stream with such lags that it’s impossible to watch
