This app sucks!!
Downloaded the app, and couldn’t get past the verification even when I checked all the pictures. Getting a bit frustrated with the hoops I have to go thru when checking my balance, customer service. Wish there was another phone company option that is not Verizon or spectrum etc.
This app is impossible to use. - Zero stars, actually.
Why is CREDO negligently leaving this worthless unsupported, abandoned & utterly non-functional app on the App Store?
Impossible to use
I have tried to use the app, but it simply does not recognize my number or email address. Useless app. Being such a small company in comparison to some of the other carriers, one would think that it would strive to give excellent service to gain customers rather than risking losing them.

I can’t even log-in to my account. Not worth the trouble.
Great goal, disappointing service
Keep getting emails saying I have to update my SIM card. But the instructions do NOT work. And no one responds to my requests for help.

I finally got someone on the phone. She was professional, courteous, clear and concise. Her instructions were exactly correct. But, what is the purpose of putting bad instructions on the website. I downloaded the app, but my credentials will not let me log in. I am deleting the app.
